booking conditions and cancellations
Booking Conditions: • Minimum stay at Koolinda by the Bay accommodation is 3 nights. • 50% accommodation deposit is required at the time of a booking confirmation. The remainder is to be settled at time of check-out. Payment Policy: All payments will incur a 1.9% credit card charge when paid for by Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
Cancellation Policy: Accommodation - Bookings must be cancelled 1 week prior to scheduled arrival date to avoid paying 1 night's accommodation. Transfers - Please provide your flight details to our reservations team at your earliest convenience. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged should you not show for these transfers or fail to give 48 hours notice of changes.
